Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the J&J brand at events including expos, trade shows, parades, fairs, networking events, and community functions.
• Canvass local neighborhoods to engage homeowners and set appointments for our sales team.
• Identify opportunities to generate leads for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, chambers of commerce, and local influencers.
• Distribute marketing materials and educate potential customers on our services.
• Track lead data, report performance metrics, and hit weekly/monthly lead generation goals.
• Stay up to date on J&J service offerings and promotions to communicate value effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Outgoing, charismatic, and confident communicator.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required - we'll train the right person!).
• Comfortable working independently and interacting face-to-face with people.
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally for events and canvassing.
